We are looking for a Support Analyst to join our Campinas office and work directly with an international client. This role involves investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues across integrated systems. It's ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and communicating with both technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements
- Candidates must be located in Campinas, as the position requires working onsite.
- 3 to 5 years of experience working as a Support Analyst.
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (mandatory).
- Solid professional experience using SQL, including joins, groupings, and conditional logic.
- Experience reading and interpreting application and system logs.
- Understanding of system integrations (APIs, services, messaging systems, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
-Fluent English, both written and spoken.
. Experience with ticket and incident management.
- Experience with escalation processes.
