Full-Time - Needed Immediately
Event Coordinator/Private Event Manager
Set up and oversee travel and shipping for CIAO events. Work alongside the Events Manager and provide logistical support for successful seminars.
- Demonstrate confidence in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint
- Book flights and rental cars
- Assist with hotel reward points and commissions
- Coordinate course material shipping
- Must be able to comfortably lift at least 20 lbs
- Respond to requests to bring one of our events to a facility
- Build working relationships
- Secure private event contracts and manuals for events
- Schedule instructors
- Assure course specifications
- Potential to travel and "host the course"
- Organize and able to juggle multiple projects in different stages
Detail oriented whiz, personable, articulate, plate-spinner, go-getter
- Must be well groomed, articulate and exhibit a polished presence. We are looking for a long term commitment.

Pay: $26,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year
