ASSISTANT MANAGERS SHIFT LEADERS are our future leaders. In this developmental role, you are responsible for overseeing and ensuring a high energy, fun, and seamless shift for both team members and guests. The fundamentals of the role include focusing on food quality, guest experience, team support, accountability, and overall shift success. THE BASICS
- Must be an ambassador of our mission and core values
- Leads and inspires exceptional hospitality
- Responsible for helping ensure front line is stocked with proper levels of food, that's made to our standards
- Develop and master knowledge of all menu items
- Ensure team maintains a clean / sanitary and safe working environment throughout the shift
- Follows essential operational policies and procedures, and helps ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health and employment laws
- Participates in coaching and training hourly team members throughout the shift
- Ensures all guests have an awesome guest experience (including assistance in handling any guest complaints)
- Responsible for helping ensure front line is stocked with proper levels of food, that's made to our standards
- Maintains the flow of the shift by constantly monitoring dining room, service line, and cash registers, and jumping in to help when needed
