What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Community Manager position at CIG Communities?

Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • All leasing and renewing of the community and ensuring that all sales techniques and methods required by the management company are being used effectively and in a professional manner.
  • Responsible for helping to implement, design and maintain a resident retention program, newsletter, resident referral program and all community planned events.
  • Responsible for ensuring a professional appearance and attitude at all times for self and all property employees.
  • Courteous, efficient and timely response to any resident requests or complaints or vendor inquiries.
  • Responsible for collecting all monies due the community and ensuring that all money is recorded, copied and taken to the bank on a daily basis.
  • Responsible for reporting any unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
  • Responsible for all additional job duties as required in the Policy and Procedures manual for community outreach, marketing path and all leasing related duties.
