We are seeking a dedicated Grower to join our team. As a Grower, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining plants in various settings such as greenhouses, farms, or gardens.
**Duties:**
- **Data Collection:** Record and maintain accurate data related to plant growth and conditions.
- **Growing:** Monitor and care for plants throughout their growth cycle.
- **Basic Math:** Perform calculations related to plant care and maintenance.
- **Landscape Maintenance:** Ensure the overall health and appearance of the landscape.
- **Hand Tools Operation:** Utilize hand tools for planting, pruning, and harvesting.
- **Greenhouse Management:** Oversee plant growth in indoor environments.
- **Farm Operations:** Assist with farm-related tasks as needed.
- **Heavy Lifting:** Lift and move heavy objects or equipment as required.
- **Irrigation:** Implement irrigation systems to maintain proper plant hydration.
- **Garden Care:** Maintain the health and aesthetics of gardens under your care.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in plant cultivation or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of basic gardening techniques and plant care principles.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing.
- Familiarity with irrigation systems and greenhouse operations is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.28 - $15.18 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 45 per week

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed
