Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective customer service for all external and internal customers by utilizing knowledge of company products and programs.
- Partners with sales team to provide customers quality service.
- Talks with customers by phone and e-mail concerning orders, modifications to orders, returns, shipments and products.
- Enters customer information and specifications into computer software.
- Maintains all customer master files.
- Addresses customer issues to ensure effective and long-term problem resolution.
- Organizes and files for easy access.
- Confers with sales, production, product development, pre-press, shipping, quality, estimating and warehouse in meeting customer requirements.
- Must comply with all company policies, follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) and all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) related to job function.
Knowledge / Skills:
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently from general instructions.
- Computer experience required.
- Mathematical skills include the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
- Professional ethics including telephone etiquette and excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of customer relations, time management, problem resolution theories and techniques.
- Knowledge of basic printing production and job flow.
