What You Need To Have:
- Experience directing and coordinating residential property and association management activities.
- A history of success in property presentation, managing vendors, and building strong owner and board member relationships.
- The aptitude to create property operating and capital budgets, monitor expenses, report variances, and recommend cost-saving solutions.
- Ability to coordinate association meetings and board elections; assist with nominations, election ballots, proxies, absentee ballots, and counting of ballots.
- A keen eye for details when inspecting properties for building system efficiency, code compliance, weather tightness, and maintenance/housekeeping issues to be addressed.
- A collaborative approach to working with coworkers and association board members.
- Ability to serve as the primary point of contact for all customers and act with discretion not to discuss confidential information with customers.
- A comfort level using computer software and a smart mobile devices - we use Microsoft products, Corrigo work order system, and MRI
- Detail orientation and organizational skills to effectively manage workload.
- A respect for confidential information and an ability to act with discretion.
- The ability to communicate well with both internal and external parties.
Credentials Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Real Estate Salesperson license
- A valid driver's license and auto insurance
Compensation:
- The pay range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 per annum. Please note the actual pay rate will be determined and adjusted based on factors such as candidate experience, qualifications, skill set, and other job related factors as permitted by law.
