You'll provide technical support to production work cells for continuous improvement with specific focus on quality, productivity, cost reductions, safety and effective corrective actions. Are You Looking to
- Develop detailed work instructions and visual aids for product assembly.
- Interface with production operators and technicians to establish Manufacturing standards and methods for inspection, testing, and product qualification.
- Interpret technical documentation related to product manufacturing and acceptability such as schematics; engineering drawings, customer controlled specifications, and military/industry standards.
Are You Ready to
- Support implementation of all key matrices. Records, summarizes, and presents data/information to department operations.
- Monitors trends in quality data (yields, defects per million, scrap, CARs), executes corrective actions and identifies continual improvement opportunities in response to product and process failures.
- Drives the optimization of process efficiency and effectiveness through collaboration with production operators, supervisors, and technicians by utilizing effective root cause and corrective action analysis.
What You'll Need
- BS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline.
- 1-5 years relevant manufacturing experience.
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
