Cincinnati Transmission Specialists is a family-owned and operated shop in Sharonville, OH, dedicated to providing top-quality automotive repair and maintenance. We are currently looking for a skilled and dependable Experienced Automotive Technician to join our team!

As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including but not limited to:

✔ Brake service

✔ Tune-ups

✔ Suspension work

✔ Water pump replacements

✔ Belt and hose replacements

✔ Other general repairs and maintenance tasks

 ✅ Own a personal set of tools – this is required

 ✅ Have a valid driver's license and active auto insurance – this is required

✅ Solid understanding of automotive repair, including tools, terminology, and procedures

✅ Strong organizational skills – keep your work area clean and efficient

✅ A commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail

✅ Responsible and accountable work ethic

✅ Punctual and professional demeanor, including proper hygiene and work attire

✅ Team-oriented mindset – work collaboratively to get the job done right

✅ Effective and respectful communication in the workplace

✅ A willingness to listen, learn, and show respect to both coworkers and management
