Cioffi · Slezak · Wildgrube P.C., a well-established boutique law firm based in Schenectady, seeks an attorney with 1-3 years’ experience in trusts and estates law.
The ideal candidate will have direct experience with administering trusts and/or estates, including: preparation of Surrogate’s Court documents and counseling fiduciaries with regard to their obligations. Experience with preparation of estate planning documents or with elder law issues is a plus.
