The Woodbridge C&W office is currently seeking a full-time, in office, Paralegal to join our growing team. Responsibilities include, but not limited preparing motions, discovery demands and responses, dealing with medical providers and obtaining medical records, dealing with experts and scheduling IMEs, inspections and other expert discovery.
A high school diploma or GED required, Associate’s degree preferred. At least 2 years of prior related paralegal experience required, 5 years prior related paralegal experience preferred. Paralegal litigation experience preferred. Proficiency in Word, Excel, billing software, e-document management software required. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated independent thinker with exceptional attention to detail, excellent time management skills, strong organizational skills, and outstanding communications skills with the ability to work as a team member in a high-volume fast paced work environment.
