We are seeking an individual with a background in property maintenance to join our team. The successful candidate is well-versed in property maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, turning apartment units, preventative maintenance and highly detail-oriented. The Maintenance Supervisor's primary responsibility is to maintain the physical asset, including maintenance repairs in occupied apartments and making vacant units ready for new residents, and that the team fulfills its responsibilities in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Identify problems and implement preventative maintenance programs.
- Plan and schedule the work needed in vacant units as part of the turn process
- Manage the maintenance staff in your department.
- Ensure maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner
- Oversee contractors and vendors
- Be able to work with different kinds of people.
- Maintain equipment inventories.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
