Blue Ridge Mountain Plumbing is looking for an organized, experienced plumber with exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving skills. You must work quickly and efficiently to solve problems and make necessary repairs.
Qualifications and Duties include, but not limited to:
· Troubleshoot, Identify and repair malfunctioning systems and equipment (Valves, toilets, water heaters, etc.).
· Installation of Water Heaters and Garbage Disposals.
· Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams.
· Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.
· Keep your truck inventory up to date.
· Properly complete paperwork.
· Join the on-call rotation.
· Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
· Have and maintain a clean driving record.
· Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
· Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this

Experience:
· Plumbing: 3 years (Preferred)
· Previous on the job training a plus
· Must hold state driver’s license
· Must be punctual and adhere to a daily schedule with multiple appointments in different locations
· Strong verbal communication skills, ability to explain complex plumbing issues with customers in a way they understand
