Circle of Life Home Care is looking to hire a full-time Branch Manager to join our rapidly growing Gallup office. We are an energetic and innovative home care company with a mission to serve the underserved. We believe in putting our patients first, valuing our staff, and operating from our core set of values. What your day will look like:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Gallup offices. This can include processing payroll, reviewing client care plans, and ensuring clients are receiving the exceptional health care services they deserve
- Work alongside our Corporate office to ensure financial benchmarks and revenue goals are being met
- Build meaningful connections with those in the healthcare community. You'll be working with case managers, physicians, and other referral sources to help those in the Gallup community stay in their homes
- Oversee team of caregivers, manage new hire and annual trainings
- Implement and maintain State of NM and MCO quality and compliance regulations
- Marketing to current and new partners

What you'll need to succeed:
- Ability to work in the Microsoft Office suite (yes, that means Excel, too!)
- Excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
- Comfortable training small groups of people while keeping them engaged
- Ability to provide positive outcomes to complex circumstances or client concerns
- Detail-oriented with a passion for growth and excellence
- Navajo Speaking preferred
