The Opportunity

Part-time 10-15 hours/week
Full-time 35-40 hours/week
Monthly Quota
Part-time: 24 initial strategy calls sit 4 deals closed
Full-time: 60 initial strategy calls sit 10 deals closed
Progression Path
After consistent performace as a full-time OSDR there will be opportunities to move into a closer/account executive role where monthly residuals of every deal closed exist.
*Residuals belong to the closer who manages the account.
On-Target Earnings
- Part-Time: $60-80 K / yr
- Full-Time: $110-140 K / yr
- Closer/AE: $300 K / yr

Compensation Structure
Part-time OSDRs earn 20% of the client’s first-month fee on every deal you source (25% on deal #6 each month).
Full-time OSDRs step up to 30% (35 % on deal #10 ).
Closers/AEs earn 25% month one 10 % residuals for life.
What You’ll Do
- Research and build call lists of garage-door, plumbing, HVAC & roofing companies.
- Make 40–60 cold calls per day, plus email and LinkedIn touches, to offer a free Google Ads audit.
- Book qualified, attended 30-min strategy calls for the closer.
- Meet or exceed the monthly quota.
- Log touches & demos in our CRM for fast, accurate payouts.

You’re a Fit If You
- Have 1 year outbound SDR/BDR or agency lead-gen experience.
- Love high activity (40-60 cold calls plus 40 emails/LinkedIn touches per day).
- Are comfortable with 100 % commission and excited by uncapped upside.
- Write and speak clear, persuasive English.
- Can work U.S. business hours (your location is up to you).
