We are currently assisting our client with a Vice President of Operations search in Los Angeles, CA. The successful candidate will play an integral role in directing and executing business goals and objectives for profitable, sustainable growth. This position will also be expected to find opportunities for building production processes, continuous improvement, building employee relationships through teamwork, and increasing operations efficiency. The right candidate should be an impact player with a proven track record of accomplishments, understand the business implications of decisions, and display an orientation toward profitability.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage the operations with a result-driven framework focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement to meet and exceed customer expectations and business goals.
  • Empower teams with a managerial style that is collaborative, inclusive, and balanced in approach to achieve commitments.
  • Plan and direct the manufacturing operations at the lowest cost consistent with established operating metrics / goals.
  • Integrate manufacturing, materials, and maintenance functions ensuring processes result in high-quality throughput.
  • Work strategically with site leaders to meet or exceed goals for each business unit.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 5 years as Plant Manager / Director of Operations in manufacturing; aerospace manufacturing is a plus.

  • 200,000.00 - $300,000.00
