Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and talented AI Engineer with a background in Pega to join our dynamic team in Atlanta, GA. As an AI Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions that enhance our business processes and customer experiences. This position requires hands-on experience with AI technologies and a strong understanding of Pega systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Development: Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Pega Integration: Integrate AI solutions with Pega platforms to optimize workflows and automate processes.
• Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that drive business decisions.
• Model Training: Train and fine-tune AI models to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and business analysts, to deliver integrated solutions.
• Documentation: Document AI models, processes, and integration workflows to maintain clarity and consistency.
• Maintenance: Monitor and maintain AI systems, ensuring their performance and accuracy over time.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 4-8 years of experience in AI development, with a focus on Pega systems.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or R.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Knowledge of Pega platform and its integration with AI solutions.
• Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: Pega certification(s) and/or AI/ML certification(s) are a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within a financial services or technology company.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
