What is in it for you?

As a Product Owner, you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Position Overview: Highly skilled and experienced Product Owner to lead the development and management of DICOM PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare IT, radiology, DICOM, Imaging, PACS and product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful software products.

Responsibilities: -

· Define and prioritize the product roadmap for the DICOM PACS platform.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and clinical stakeholders, to ensure the platform meets user needs and regulatory requirements.

· Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product decisions and enhancements.

· Develop detailed product requirements and specifications.

· Oversee the development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.

· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

· Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA.

· Provide training and support to internal teams and end-users.

Educational Qualifications: -

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

Skills: -

Experience:

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years focused on healthcare IT or radiology.

Technical Skills:

· Strong understanding of DICOM standards and PACS architecture.

· Proficiency in software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).

· Experience with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR).

Analytical Skills:

· Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.

Communication Skills:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Leadership Skills:

· Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Regulatory Knowledge:

· Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA and FDA requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with AI/ML applications in radiology.

· Knowledge of cloud-based PACS solutions.

· Certification in product management (e.g., CSPO, PMP).
