Description
We have a Teller position open! We are looking for a motivated and detail orientated individual to deliver exceptional customer experiences every interaction, everyday! You will be responsible for establishing, retaining, and deepening customer relationships.
What does a day look like as a Teller?
As a Teller you will promote our products and services and refer customers to appropriate departments to create long lasting relationships. You will assist our customers with their banking needs by processing deposits, cashing checks, accepting loan payments and addressing questions or concerns. This position will uphold and embrace CCF's Mission, Vision, and Values every day by collaborating with colleagues across all departments to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
Must haves:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- One (1) year of customer service experience.
Desired Qualifications:
- Cash handling or sales experience.
