Citizens Memorial Hospital is seeking to hire a Revenue Cycle Trainer to join our team in Patient Accounts. The Revenue Cycle Trainer is responsible for operationalizing and maintaining successful education programs for Citizens Memorial Hospital and Clinic Revenue Cycle Departments. A typical day would consist of : The Revenue Cycle Trainer is responsible for operationalizing and maintaining successful education programs for Citizens Memorial Hospital and Clinics, as well as researching and aligning educational resources with strategic focus areas. In addition to planning and leading revenue cycle training initiatives, this individual’s responsibilities also include monitoring quality and performance metrics, keeping the Director of Revenue Cycle apprised of results, and using data to identify and develop targeted opportunities for staff development in all areas of the health system’s revenue cycle. The position is : Full-time days
Job Requirements :
Education : Bachelors Degree preferred or three years of revenue cycle knowledge.
- Experience : Knowledge of Meditech, understanding of revenue cycle processes
- Skills : Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Licensure / Certification : N / A
