Qualifications
- Expertise in Corporate Law, Contract Law, and Regulatory Compliance
- Strong skills in Legal Research, Legal Writing, and Document Review
- Experience in Policy Development, Risk Management, and Strategic Legal Planning
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to provide clear legal advice
- Admittance to the bar and a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Experience in political or non-profit organizations is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in an in-office environment
