The Citrus Heights Water District (CHWD) is hiring a Public Affairs Analyst.
THE POSITION
Individuals hired into this role will perform professional, administrative, and technical duties in the development, administration, and implementation of District communications and public engagement, including public information, community outreach, education, marketing, and intergovernmental programs.
The Ideal Candidate Will

Appraisal Process –(Pass/Fail) - After the closing deadline, all submitted materials will be reviewed and assessed for each applicant's ability to meet the minimum work experience, training, and education qualifications. This process may also include various interviews and/or a skills assessment exam to rank applications, and to prepare a Qualified Candidate List.
Interview Process – Candidates who most closely meet the qualifications will be invited to a first round Interview Examination to evaluate training, experience, and other job-related qualifications for the position. This Interview will be conducted via a video conference platform and is tentatively scheduled for the week of August 11, 2025.
