Description

Manage fully functioning mortgage branch., including sales staff and processors.

Essential Duties

1. Hire and manage a team of professional sales people.
2. Represent City Bank Mortgage in the branchs community.
3. Attend Realtor and Builder functions, and participate in committee
4. Provide training to sales staff, and keep them up to date on loan programs.
5. Maintain friendly work environment, and team spirit between sales and operations.
6. Manage office expenses, which include advertising and contributions to Realtor/Builder functions.
7. Oversee either the entire branch processing/ closing functions, or branch processing supervisor.
8. Report to Branch President the month commissions for LOs.
