What are the responsibilities and job description for the Group Business Development Lead position at CANPACK S.A.?
The objective of this position is to support the Group Business Development function in successful execution of business plan creation, data and information gathering and subsequent project management of strategic investments across the Group. Your main responsibilities will include the following: Business planning activities: Support in Business Plan Development via business plan creation such as conducting market research and data analysis for Commercial and Investment recommendations for Group's Key Stakeholders; Support in review analyses of data received from Work Group's members Liaise and verify Business Plan's assumptions and outlook with respective Departments / Business Units Support in return analyses for Group's global business opportunities Data analysis, synthesis and evaluation of data's quality Prepare reports, dashboards and summaries regarding market outlook for different geographies Support collection of data from various sources such as databases, spreadsheets, systems, and external APIs. Support in analysis of large datasets using statistical and data visualization techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations Create reports and dashboards to present analysis findings to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data by performing data validation, cleansing, and quality checks. Support in market analysis - size and growth potential, market segmentation, competitors landscape, market trends and customer needs and preferences. Review analyses and data received from Work Group's members Support in market intelligence information gathering regarding competitors activities (new investments, M&A) Planning and Project Initiation: Support Project Managers in translation of business objectives into projects with clearly defined scope, timing, deliverables, resources, and key measures of success under the close oversight of sponsors. Support in defining project success criteria and communicate to team throughout project life cycle. Participate in due diligence processes Project Management: Support Project Managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic investment projects from inception to completion. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and allocate resources effectively. Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery. Project Execution: Manage ongoing project plans, budgets, resources, and vendors for either end to end scope or partially in case of large projects related to staffing, mobility, training, HSE, etc. Facilitate meetings and drive project issues through to resolution. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.
