Job Summary
Responsibilities include monitoring the day-to-day shift operations in the Government Cellar production area while ensuring that quality and safety standards are adhered to in the department
Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor the Finished Product and CIP processing systems.
- Carryout multitasking functions to meet the daily and weekly Government Cellar volume requirements to support multiple departmental throughputs.
- Perform work assignments as written in the Standard Operating Procedures for all processes.
- Inform Team Lead or Supervisor if a process or equipment is not performing normally or the product does not meet the required specifications.
- Communicate with the Batching, Quality Assurance, Packaging, Brewing and Maintenance as needed.
- Perform work duties using PC for SharePoint (e.g., M2K Liquid Moves, check for tank releases in QA Historical/LIMS, etc.) and Delta V (e.g., Finished Liquid Transfers, CIP, etc.).
- Maintain cleanliness in the assigned work area in accordance to the cleaning duties list.
- Participate in pass downs of Government Cellar Operations.
- All other duties assigned by the Government Cellar Supervisor or Team Leader.
- Ensure compliance with Internal, Federal, State and local guidelines and regulations including GMP, HACCP, OSHA, and FDA.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Ability
- Be able to read and follow instructions.
- Be able to do basic math calculations accurately.
- Communicate with shift maintenance when equipment fails or does not perform normally.
- Be able to complete any required paperwork accurately.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma. Associate’s degree and/or relevant certifications preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of practical, hands-on work in a production facility; beverage/food production experience preferred.
- Possess excellent communication, planning and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.
- Have good attendance
- Work weekends, all shifts and overtime as required
- Demonstrate good judgment, common sense and flexibility.
