This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Dietitian at City Creek Post Acute located in Sacramento, CA. The Registered Dietitian will be responsible for assessing the nutritional needs of residents, developing and implementing personalized diet plans, providing nutritional counseling, and delivering medical nutrition therapy. The role also involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support residents' health and wellness goals.
- Expertise in Dietetics and Medical Nutrition Therapy, including the ability to develop and implement effective nutrition plans
