Accounts Payable Clerk - Maitland, FL
City Electric Supply (CES) – Maitland, FL Accounts Office
Hourly Pay: $16-$18 per hour
Essential Overall Department Job Functions:
- Entry level clerk position.
- Enter expense invoices/ GL coding.
- Branch support with expense invoices and utilities.
- Answer vendor inquiries.
- Maintain and process accounts payable reports and spreadsheets.
- Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.
- Performs answering phone lines, filing and copying.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relations with branches, vendors, coworkers and supervisors.
- Ability to multi-task and to work effectively in a very fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work full time or overtime, if necessary.
Education/Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience, preferred, but not necessary.
- Knowledgeable in Excel applications, but not necessary

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
