What are the responsibilities and job description for the Groundskeeper position at City Mission Living Stones?
The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining and improving multiple site properties. Assigned work such as mowing, trimming, leaf removal, snow removal, landscaping, weeding planting, power washing trash pickup, etc. may fluctuate by season.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - JOB DUTIES: The following duties are considered essential to the job. Qualified individuals must have the ability to perform the following duties.
1. Troubleshooting:
Work with Facility Manager to coordinate and carry out groundskeeping for City Mission’s properties.
2. Facilities:
Schedule and coordinate groundskeeping at all City Mission Properties such work includes but is not limited to the following:
Mowing, Trimming, Leaf Removal, Snow Removal, landscaping, planting, weeding, power washing, trash pic up, etc.
Ensure cleanliness and adhere to all workplace safety requirements.
