Qualifications:
- 10 years experience in direct sales and Commercial Banking development expereince in the banking industry at a managerial, group leader level.
- Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions.
Must have formal credit training
Must be able to access and analyze financial conditions of clients and industry trends
Ability to understand and interpret financial statements and cash flow analysis.
Excellent sales and communication skills and ability to manage the sales process.
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
