Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of direct sales and International Personal Banking development experience.
- Must have formal credit training.
- Must be highly capable of meeting sales goals, independent activity in direct banking sales and credit support as well as maximizing cross-sell opportunities and relationship profitability
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- An in-depth knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act/AML requirements.
- Knowledge on the completion of KYC is required.
- Individual is expected to deliver the highest level of client service to the client base while responding to all client requests on a timely basis by providing prompt and efficient service.
- Bilingual Spanish and English required.
