Qualifications:
- 8-10 years years of recent experience in direct sales and International Personal Banking development experience in the banking industry. Required
- Must have formal credit training or strong credit and lending understanding and experience. Required
- Must be highly capable of meeting sales goals, independent activity in direct banking sales and credit support as well as maximizing cross-sell opportunities and relationship profitability
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills.
- Bilingual Spanish and English required.
- Licenses 7 and 66 with experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or a related field required.
Licenses/Certifications:
- FINRA licenses 7 and 66 is highly desirable. However, it's essential to note that these licensing prerequisites might undergo modifications overtime. Should management deem it necessary employees in this role, may be asked to obtain series 7 and 66, with a stipulation that such licenses must be fulfilled within 180 days from the date of request.
