What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scrum Master III position at City National Bank?

The Responsibilities
- Focus for this role is to help develop critical Agility documentation around framework/controls/procedures utilizing Agility experience, education and skillset
- Foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement.
- Work as part of the AgilePMO/LACE team to create training materials for Agilists
The Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of Scrum master experience for software development teams
- Experience working in an agile environment using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) or other scaled agile model (if no experience, then a certification for one of the scaled agile frameworks)
- Outstanding writing, documentation creation, and communication skills
- Experience leading distributed/virtual teams
- Understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices
- Experience with Jira or similar tool agile tools
- Growth mindset, learning mindset, strategic thinking
- Bachelor degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Any SAFe certification, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Certified Product Owner (CSPO) a plus
This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $73.82/hour - $79.14/hour
