Job Title: Facility Worker (Entry-Level)

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Facility Worker. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for working in a safe manner and ensuring quality workmanship on all projects
- Landscaping and grounds maintenance of assigned areas
- Perform janitorial services as needed
- Maintain lawn and power equipment
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, grass cutting and minor repair
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a maintenance or facilities role is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus
