Essential Job Functions: Drives a beverage cart in a safe and cautious manner on the golf course. Delivers food orders from the grill when necessary. Sells, stocks, cleans and prepares cart daily with paper goods, fruit, prepared sandwiches, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages. Collects and balance payments of each item sold on a daily basis. Responsible for inventory of all items sold on the beverage cart. Responsible for inventory, stocking and cleaning the storage area.

Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of balancing procedures. Knowledge about Texas laws regarding safe serving of beverages and food. Knowledge of golf course protocol and etiquette.
Skills/Abilities: Must be accurate and comfortable with handling large amounts of cash; must have the ability to be friendly and courteous at all times; ability to perform arithmetic computations quickly and accurately; ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions; ability to work quickly under pressure; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and the public; ability to demonstrate flexibility in executing various job functions as required. Must be able to complete a Basic Math Assessment
Physical Requirements: Constantly hears and sees; frequently carries and holds up to 25 lbs.; pulls, pushes and lifts carries up to 70 lbs.; bends, crouches, drives, kneels, reads, reaches, stands, stoops, squats, sorts, twists body, walks, cleans, writes by hand, uses a calculator, requires stamina, uses physical dexterity. Infrequently climbs, lifts and carries up to 55 lbs.
Education/Experience: High school graduation or equivalent preferred. Must be able to obtain a TABC certification with 30 days of employment.
