Fall/Winter Seasonal: October – March (Depending on sport, variable hours; approximately
4-15 hours/week)
The Athletic Site Supervisor is responsible for preparing the site for activities, communicating with staff, participants, spectators, posting standings, monitor activities progress and ensuring safety, communicate issues/concerns to Recreation Supervisor or his/her designee. The Athletic Site Supervisor may need to make sound decisions that are in the best interest of Beloit Parks and Recreation programming.QUALIFICATIONS:

- Must be 16 years of age upon employment.
- Knowledge of wide variety of activities.
- Ability to handle difficult people/situations in a courteous and professional manner.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform the following activities:
- Lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds.
- Frequent bending, talking, hearing, and seeing.
- Standing, walking, and/or running for extended periods.
- Grasping with hands repetitively.
- Twisting, squatting, and reaching as needed.
