Work Schedule: 20-40 hours per week, varies daily. Pool is open Monday through Friday (weather dependent). Half day shifts are available. Flexible work schedule.
Must be at least 16 years of age. Position runs June 1, 2024 until September 9, 2024. Applicants must possess or be willing to obtain current certification in Lifeguard Training, CPR, and First Aid certification through the American Red Cross. Instructors are responsible for providing a positive and safe pool environment conducive to learning. Applicants must possess excellent communication skills, energetic personalities, and the ability to work closely and patiently with children. Instructors are required to be leaders and must be excellent role models for children. Lifeguard applicants are required to be reliable, dependable, confident, and energetic. These positions are responsible for providing a clean facility and safe environment for swimming. Lifeguards must demonstrate a no-nonsense attitude and understand the importance of public safety.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
