Personal Trainer

The City of Blue Ash Recreation Department is seeking motivated Personal Trainers to join our fitness team. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized workout programs for clients to match their needs and fitness goals. This is an independent contractor position and will remain open until filled.
 
 Salary: $35 - $65 per hour for personal training sessions.

• Evaluate and assess clients’ goals, health history, and fitness levels. 
• Create personalized workout plans aligned with clients’ objectives and limitations. 
• Lead training sessions, motivating and instructing clients on proper exercise techniques and form to maximize results.
• Monitor clients’ progress regularly, adjusting workout plans as needed to ensure goal accomplishment.
• Offer continuous support, encouragement, and accountability to clients throughout their fitness journey. 
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring all equipment is in proper working condition. 
• Stay updated on fitness trends, techniques, and certifications to enhance professional knowledge.

• Must possess current CPR/AED certification.
• Must possess a current nationally recognized personal training certification
• Must possess current liability insurance 
• Prior experience as a Personal Trainer is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexible schedule desired, as clients availability may vary
