Business is booming at the Boise Airport! We are hiring for an experienced Credentialing Supervisor to lead our 3 person credentialing team at the airport. A strong candidate will have 3 years of credentialing experience (airport, military, hospitals, government agencies, private sector) and at least 2 years of supervisory experience. The schedule for this position is
Monday - Thursday 6:30 am - 3:30 pm and Friday 6:30 am-1:00 pm.
Manages the audit program to ensure compliance with the ASP and TSA regulation. Conducts multiple comprehensive audits of security access media compliance for internal and external agencies. Reviews and reports of audit findings. Manages training programs including overseeing and training of badge holders in compliance with FAA Part 139 regulation. Responsible for administering all required airport security-related training programs associated with obtaining access to ID media. Administers and oversees training and testing for badge holders with approved access to secured areas and drive on the AOA.
Responds to terminal emergencies and security incidents that occur at the Airport. Interacts with victims, emergency responders and witnesses. Completes appropriate reports and provides customer service to the public, internal/external stakeholders, and the airport community. Acts as the initial airport representative in liaising with law enforcement during a security incident. Supervises and maintains the Family and Friends Assistance Support Plan. Acts as the AED Administrator and ensures appropriate monthly inspections are completed.
Manages and maintains the Authorized Signatory Program, which encompasses training and qualifying signatory authority officials in compliance with their regulatory responsibilities regarding vetting and approving the employment of individuals seeking access media. Maintains and manages the Airport Trusted Agent Program and is aware of and follows all rules pertaining to the safeguarding information.
Supervises and assists the inspections of airfield and airport property, and terminal and perimeter security. Reports airport and airfield conditions, inspects runways, taxiways, along with unpaved areas, and airfield markings/signs/lighting. Issues proper Notices to Airmen (NOTAMS) and monitors and controls multi-faceted enhanced Closed Caption Television (CCTV) and access control systems using computer software. Operates computer terminals, and monitors a multi-channel, county-wide two-way radio system to communicate airport functions. Operates and/or monitors flight information, weather displays, runway surface sensors, and fire detection systems and emergency notifications.

- Supervises, manages, plans and oversees various security credentialing duties related to airport access control requirements and maintains regulatory compliance with the Boise Airport Security Program
- Administers and monitors the airport's access media program, audit program, Family and Friends Assistance Support Plan, Automated External Defibrillator (AED) program, Authorized Signatory and Trusted Agent Programs, and various other programs
- Monitors and enforces TSA 49 Code of Federal Regulation (CFR), Part 1542, Airport Security regulations and Federal Aviation Regulation (FAR) Part 139

- Bachelor's degree in Airport Management, Business, Public Administration, or related field, and
- 3 years of experience in credentialing, operations, or administration including demonstrated experience supervising employees, or
- An equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- 4 years of experience in credentialing andconducting TSA 1542 Compliance Inspections
- 2 years of supervisory experience
