The City of Bristol, Virginia has an immediate opening for the position of Parks and Recreation Motor Equipment Operator I. This position works under the direct supervision of applicable superintendent or job foreman. Duties include operating a variety of construction and operational equipment and vehicles in support of general maintenance at operational sites throughout the City.
High school diploma or equivalent required. A minimum of one (1) year experience in vehicle and light construction equipment operation is preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license and Class B commercial driver’s license or have the ability to obtain said license within six months of employment.
