What are the responsibilities and job description for the Boat Ramp Attendant position at City of Danbury?
The City of Danbury is now hiring Boat Ramp Attendants for the Summer 2024 season.
This position is responsible for selling seasonal boat passes to the public at Candlewood Lake Park. The ideal candidate supports the overall ramp operation by greeting the public, providing information, collecting fees, monitoring car and trailer parking, and maintaining security; must have excellent customer service skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. The Boat Ramp Attendant is responsible for safety and inspection of boats to ensure the boat is free of any invasive species.
