This position will primarily require evening and weekend hours, up to 20 hours per week. The Eagan Art House team is highly collaborative and committed to providing creative opportunities for all ages.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Gather, prepare, and transport program supplies to multiple sitesProvide in person customer support at program sitesPrint and deliver class rosters to program sitesCoordinate student supplies and track inventoryRegularly monitor program supplies and equipment at each program siteCommunicate with team members and volunteers through email, phone and in personCoordinate pottery studio monitor schedulesCommunicate with and give work direction to volunteersSet up tables, equipment, and supplies for programs as neededAssist with events, including prep, set up, clean up and on-site supportAssist in the coordination, planning, and day-to-day implementation of educational and recreational programsProvide teacher support, as needed, including in classroom assistanceAdminister basic first aid or contact people to helpPerform other duties as assigned
