FY2025-2026 Salary Range: $30.05 - $42.07 per hour
This job classification description is intended to be generic in nature and not an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities and requirements. This is the fourth level in a six-level Program Administration classification series devoted to the highest level of paraprofessional program support in a specifically assigned area where significant and specific program knowledge is required, such as fleet management.

- Coordinates logistics of a program or directly serves external customers as part of the program mission.
- Assists with developing operating policies and procedures.
- Assists customers by communicating policies and procedures, referrals, and problem-solving.
- Gathers, compiles, and maintains data.
- Performs basic analysis of needs and proposes solutions.
- Participates in the budget and procurement processes, as assigned.
- Prepares reports, correspondence, and documents using independent research.
- Makes business math computations and verifies the accuracy of computations made by others, as assigned.
- Enters data.
- Processes legal and confidential documents.
- Performs related work as assigned.
POSITION SPECIFIC DUTIES
If assigned to police fleet:- Coordinates vehicle maintenance and procurement activities.
- Administers information management system and inventory databases.
- Coordinates maintenance operations and training for other police equipment, such as radio communication equipment, first aid/life-saving devices, and specialized law enforcement tools.

Associate degree and four years working with fleet or related experience, preferably within the law enforcement field, or an equivalent combination of directly related education and experience.
Certifications/Licenses:
- Police Fleet assignments. Arizona Class D Driver’s License. Terminal Operator Certificate, Level B, within the timeframe established by the Police Chief.

Type of Work:
