Job Description
Provides daily customer service in-person and by phone; receives, posts, balances and reconciles any and all collections on a daily basis; issues customer receipts and account statements, follows up on customer questions/problems, and performs a variety of Departmental tasks, as assigned by supervisor/Deputy Treasurer.
