As a Network Engineer, you would be responsible for the research, development, recommendation, implementation planning, installation, maintenance, support, and troubleshooting of the City’s data network and telecommunication infrastructure systems. Provide project management support for all construction projects, renovations, data/voice cloud and on-premise infrastructure expansions, upgrades and repairs. Install, configure, and manage changes, monitor and troubleshoot the City’s data/telecommunications infrastructure. Provide tier 3 helpdesk support in a timely and accurate fashion and supports end-user data/voice/telecommunications needs.
