Responsible for investigating and providing necessary follow-up services for reported cases of communicable diseases. In addition, to handling any other duties within the nursing department.
LPN/RN credentials. Previous knowledge of Indiana State Department of Health disease reporting requirements desirable. Experience with ISDH INEDDS software preferred.
