What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Basketball Scorekeeper (H. Boyd Lee Park) position at City of Greenville?
This position will score and keep youth basketball games for ages 5-18. Duties include but are not limited to scorekeeping, setting up for practices and games, and ensuring proper care of the program and facility.
Salary: $10.00 per gameMinimum Age: 16 years old, as of December 2, 2024
Work Schedule:
- This program will run from November through early March 2025
- Hours are 5:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, Saturdays 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and some Sunday afternoons. Hours are flexible according to availability.
Requirements:
- Applicants must possess a good knowledge of basketball rules and the ability to demonstrate patience when working with youth.
- Must have knowledge of first aid and safety procedures.
