DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Under the direct but not constant supervision of the Project Coordinator, performs a wide variety of unskilled and semi-skilled manual labor primarily consisting of custodial work, and some grounds keeping.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB
- Performs general custodial work and building maintenance to include waxing floors and cleaning carpets.
- Grounds keeping
- Assists higher level workers in various maintenance, repair and construction work.
- Assist maintenance with whole watch and fire watch when needed and extensively during plant outages.
QUALIFICATIONS
Any combination of training and experience equivalent to completion of high school plus experience in general plant maintenance, custodial work and grounds keeping.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must possess valid driver’s license.
- Must reside within 30 minutes from duty station, per Google Maps.
HOURS
40 hours per week.
Typical hours are Monday through Friday, day hours
