The City of High Point's Public Services department/Landfill/ ICF facility seeks to fill a full time Landfill Equipment Operator position.
- Operation of many types of heavy equipment
- Loading and unloading of trucks with heavy equipment
- Operation of many different types of trucks and trailers to move heavy equipment
- Ability to help other departments during times of in climate weather.
- Education- Minimum GED or High School Diploma
- NC Commercial Drivers License with ability to get a tanker endorsement
- Ability to work in an outdoor environment with dust, allergens, and all kinds of weather.
- 2 Years of experience
- Class A CDL with tanker and no restrictions
