Key Responsibilities:

Transaction Management: Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain meticulous records.

Revenue Accountability: Ensure accountability for all Pro Shop revenue and adhere to proper accounting procedures.

Customer Service Excellence: Extend warm greetings to guests, assist with inquiries, and provide information on golf course rules and policies.

Reservation Management: Efficiently manage golf course reservations and optimize tee sheet utilization.

Pro Shop Maintenance: Maintain the Pro Shop in a clean, organized, and visually appealing condition.

Communication Handling: Answer telephone calls promptly and handle inquiries or messages professionally.

Financial Reporting: Compile and report daily financial accounts in accordance with established procedures.

Tournament Support: Assist in the planning and execution of golf tournaments as required.
