Description
We are dedicated to providing the highest level of services to ensure an exceptional quality of life for our community. We have an immediate opening for a Seasonal Complex Supervisor for our upcoming sports season at the Capitol Federal Sports Complex of Liberty. The season typically runs through November. The ideal candidate will follow procedures and successfully facilitate a positive experience for the complex visitors.
Schedule-
Nights & weekends
- Normal hours of operation are 6:00 pm - 11:00 pm Monday through Friday and 6:00 am - 11:00 pm Saturdays & Sundays
- Flexible, based on your availability

Typical season ends in November
- Employees are encouraged to return for subsequent seasons

Approximately 20 hours/week, depending on your availability
- We're open to applicants who want to work more or less hours

Essential Functions
- Open and close the complex
- Assist in concessions when needed
- Manage weather related issues
- Direct seasonal concessions staff as needed
- Provide customer service
- Prepare daily cash deposits
- Help maintain cleanliness of the facilities
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Effective communication skills with the public, supervisors and co-workers
- Flexibility to work weekday evenings, weekends, and some weekdays
- Ability to safely drive a golf cart or Gator
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Completion of the First Aid/CPR Course in a timely manner
- Ability to lift heavy items, such as cases of food and drink
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
